Riders of the Round Table Foundation Inc.
Meet The Team

Jason "Smoke" Grim
President & Co-Founder
Jason is a United States Navy Veteran who brings a strong sense of leadership, integrity, and service to his role, guiding the organization’s mission to support and strengthen the community. His commitment to giving back is rooted in his lifelong dedication to helping others and fostering unity among those he serves.
In addition to his leadership with the Foundation, Jason is an avid motorcycle enthusiast who enjoys spending time on the open road. He also values time with family and friends, enjoys hunting, and both watching and playing sports. Jason’s passion for service and community engagement continues to inspire those around him and shape the vision of the Riders of the Roundtable Foundation.

Adam Thompson
Vice President & Co-Founder
Adam is dedicated to supporting veterans, first responders, and local organizations in need. As a passionate motorcyclist, he helped establish the nonprofit on the pillars of community, service, and the open road. When not helping with the foundation, you can find him exploring nature while hiking or meticulously crafting miniature landscapes through model railroading. His commitment to both the organization and the community drives Riders of the Round Table's mission forward every day.

Melissa "Mel" Thompson
Secretary & Co-Founder

Melissa is guided by the organization’s mission to unite riding enthusiasts in supporting the local community, she helps lead efforts to provide assistance and resources where they are needed most. Outside of her work with the foundation, she enjoys diving into a good book, attending (and occasionally singing along with) Broadway shows, and putting miles on her Street Glide Special.

Bryana "Skelly" Conkling
Treasurer/ Event Coordinator & Charter Member

For Bryana, community and the open road go hand-in-hand. Between her career working in the field with local first responders and her efforts organizing charity events, she is a constant advocate for those in need. Her personality shines through in her custom-themed bike, inspired by Zero from The Nightmare Before Christmas, making her a recognizable face at any riding event. An avid fisher and a loyal Orioles fan, Bryana balances her fast-paced professional life with a love for the outdoors and the camaraderie of the riding community.

Luis "Panda" Cardona
Senior Sergeant at Arms & Co Founder

Panda is a big, fluffy guy, he can look a little intimidating at first—but those who know him know he has a big heart and a strong sense of loyalty. He is always ready to step up, help out, and support the foundation’s mission of giving back to whoever is in need.

Karen
Sergeant at Arms &Co Founder

Karen chose Toothless as her picture because, as you will find out, she does not like her picture taken. However this photo is special to her as it reminds her of her puppers: playful and goofy but also protective and fierce. As most dog owners will know, they resemble the best attributes of their owners, as this fits her personality well. She is, and always will be, our Karen.

Joe "Silent Bob" Norton
Senior Road Captain & Charter Member

Joe prefers to combine a passion for riding with a commitment to giving back. Whether organizing group rides or ensuring rider safety, he leads with heart, purpose, and love for the open road.

Brandon Thompson
Trustee & Co Founder

Brandon's core purpose is clear: to be a reliable source of support for veterans, first responders, and the broader community. Building this organization and delivering tangible help is his calling, which is only surpassed by the love he has for his family and friends. Brandon finds peace riding and, occasionally, celebrating a small victory with a great cigar.

Paul "Badger" Conkling
IT Officer & Charter Member

Paul is driven by a sense of duty, believes in active participation, and supporting foundation initiatives with a "hands-on" attitude. Outside of his professional and civic duties, Paul is a true bushcraft enthusiast of the outdoors and the riding lifestyle. He recharges from his busy lifestyle with the simplicity of primitive camping and a good cigar. His dedication is matched only by his passion for the journey itself.

Stephanie "Squirrel" Thompson
Public Information Officer/ Event Committee & Charter Member

Steph is a lover of stories, the open road, and the simple joy of dogs. I’m most at home when I’m lost in a good book or riding motorcycles with my husband. Driven by a passion for community and family, I believe the best adventures are the ones shared with the people (and pups) who matter most.

Amy "Queen B" Grim
HMF & Co Founder

Amy is known on the road as Queen B. She serves as the HMF. She has a big personality, a bigger heart, she believes in telling it like she sees it, keeping things drama-free.

Family is everything to her, its what comes first. She loves bringing people together to make a difference — to laugh, connect, and eat — this is what fills her cup.

"Our foundation exists to give where the need is — whether that’s helping people, supporting animals, or backing other nonprofits doing great work. Giving back isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we do.
If you’re looking for a place to make a difference and be part of something REAL, come spend some time with us. We’d love to have you."
